Acceptable use

To keep QuickenERP safe and fast for every customer, you agree not to:

  • use the service for anything illegal, including fraud, false invoices or hiding income;
  • send spam or unwanted bulk messages through e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp from your database;
  • store or send content that is harmful, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware;
  • try to access other customers' databases, our servers or the platform's settings, or to get around user, licence or payment limits;
  • overload the service on purpose, for example with automated scripts that run far beyond normal business use;
  • resell or share one subscription between different businesses without our written agreement.

If a database breaks these rules we may limit or suspend it, normally after a warning. Serious cases (for example an attack or illegal content) can be suspended at once. Report abuse through our contact details.
