Is there a setup fee?
No. The software is ready to use on day one. On yearly plans a technical person also sets up your company with you on live calls (opening balances, chart of accounts, bank, invoice layout, your products and contacts).
How does the free trial work?
30 days, up to 2 users, no card. If you do not subscribe, your database becomes read-only: nothing is deleted and you can subscribe from inside it at any time.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium users?
Same apps and features. A Premium user can work in several companies or branches with consolidated reports, and use the advanced Report Center: budgets, KPI charts, forecasts and dashboards.
Can I add more apps later?
Yes. Open the Apps menu and add CRM, Projects, Point of Sale or any other app at no extra cost. You only pay per user.
